The newly renovated apartment boasts three balconies to relax and enjoy the water views and the lights of the iconic Surfers Paradise skyline at night.
The fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker and plumbed fridge with filtered water and automatic ice maker is perfect for dining in after a long day of sight seeing on the Gold Coast

The apartment houses 2 large bedrooms with remote control ceiling fans.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed configuration with ensuite and wardrobe which spans the ensure length of the bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with trundle beds under each (will sleep 4 in total).
Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows with access to two balconies enjoy your morning coffee/tea whilst admiring the amazing views.
Bathrooms
The newly renovated bathrooms are Versace inspired with marble look ceramic flooring, high quality brass fittings, with both rain shower & handheld shower heads and motion triggered led backlit anti-fog mirrors.
A separate laundry equipped with a 10kg front load washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board facilities for your convenience.
A stick vacuum, dustpan and mop are also available for any cleaning needs.
